 Q: Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, standard shipping can be used to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Q: I want to order a size I don't see online?

We consistently receive new inventory from our factory in Spain.  Please contact us via chat, email or by phone and we can inform you when a size will become available and help you with your order.

Q: What is the Jacques Levine Web return policy?

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you would like to return unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase, you will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (shipping charges are not refundable). For an exchange or refund please fill out the return/exchange form printed on the back of the receipt that was enclosed with your order.  Pack the merchandise in the original shoe box. Place the enclosed prepaid return label on the shipping carton. Simply drop the package off at any UPS Store, pickup point or with any UPS driver and your return/exchange will be returned to JacquesLevine.com. A $8.95 restocking fee will apply and be deducted from refunds for returns.  There will be no restocking fee assessed for exchanges - they will enjoy free shipping both ways.  Refunds are issued the same day your item is received back at our distribution center.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

No sales tax will be charged on footwear purchases, regardless of the state being shipped to!

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

Either view the status by checking your email confirmation or logging in to your account and check your order history.

Q: When will you ship my order?

  • All shipping will be from date of availability of item.
  • Most orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours on weekdays.

Q: How can I track the delivery status of my order?

  • Login to your account, click on my orders and click on appropriate order to retrieve your tracking number.

Q: Why am I having trouble completing my order?

Please make sure the name, address and credit card security code (CVV) you have entered match your credit or debit card statement information. The credit or debit card transaction will not be accepted unless this information matches exactly.

Q: Does Jacques Levine ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship Internationally at this time.

Q: I am from Canada and want to Ship to a US address. What do I do?

We now accept Paypal! Add the item to your cart and proceed placing your order. At the last step, choose "Pay by Paypal." There you can pay using an existing Paypal account, or enter your International Credit Card details and complete your order.
