Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for. Items marked "FINAL SALE" within the product description are not elligible for return.
To process the return, please email orders@jacqueslevine.com with the word "Returns" and your order identification number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please indicate the item(s), color and size that you will be returning. We will reply to that email with a return authorization for you to print and include with the item(s) that you are returning. If you do not have access to email, please contact us directly at 877-490-9922 to process your return over the phone.

Returns received without a return authorization number will not receive credit. Returns made after 30 days of the purchase date will receive Jacqueslevine.com merchandise credit and returns requested after 60 days will not be authorized or accepted.
